Daily playout, running in a working studio
Radiotelevizioni 21 is one of Kosovo's established broadcasters. PlayOnRadio handles their daily radio playout — playlists, jingles and the on-air display — through live programming.

Playout software is not something you change lightly — it is the system the whole broadcast day depends on. What mattered to us was reliability: our operators need to trust that what is scheduled is what goes to air. PlayOnRadio has given us that, and the team took to it quickly.
What runs the day
The same tools any station leans on hour to hour: the playlist and its cue markers, the jingle grid, and the on-air display that tells a presenter how long is left.

Why it matters here
A working studio is an unforgiving test. Software that behaves in a demo can still fail when an operator interrupts a crossfade, a file goes missing, or a machine loses power mid-song.
